Series Link Recording Issue on HDS-600RS

Following the issue with series-link recording on the HDS-600RS we have now released a new software (122R) that corrects the problem.

You can update to the latest software version over the Internet (how to update over IP) or you can download the software here and follow the manual software update guideline.

We are aware of the issue some customers are experiencing with series recording on the HDS-600RS and we are currently testing a software update that will address these issues. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and we hope to have the updated software tested and approved for download in the coming days. In the meantime we suggest that you delete any previously set series link recordings and book each event individually.

The issue was caused by a change to the way in which signals are broadcast and therefore beyond our control.

As soon as the new software is available for download we will email all product registrants and post in the News section on the www.myechostar.com home page. In order to receive regular Support updates we recommend that you register your product here.
